Information as per Item 13 of Decree No. 196/2003Dear Sir or Madam,
Decree No. 196/2003 (Italian Data Protection Law) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects when personal data are being processed. In line with the law, your data will be handled properly and confidentially by us.
As per Item 13 of Decree No. 196/2003, we are herewith informing you of the following:
Fischer GmbH Einpersonengesellschaft (one-man company) of Bahnhofstraße 4, I-39040 Tramin / Termeno - Italy is using the data provided by you to send you promotional mails and circulars. For this reason, data are electronically processed and archived. The data we are provided with is send to us on a voluntary basis.
At any time, you may claim your rights from Fischer GmbH Einpersonengesellschaft (responsible for data processing is Christian Fischer) in line with Item 7 of Decree No. 196/2003 which is quoted here in full:
Decree No. 196/2003, Item 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned has the right to receive information on whether data concerning him / her are available even then when these have not been archived yet. He / she may also claim the right that these data are transmitted in an understandable form.
2. The person concerned has the right to receive information on a) the origin of these personal data;
b) the purpose and the modalities of processing;
c) the system used if these data are electronically processed;
d) the most important data to identify the legal owner, the responsible persons and the representative named in line with Item 5 Section 2;
e) the persons or categories of persons to whom these data may be transmitted to or who may gain knowledge of the data as the representatives named, as responsible persons or as agents in the land of the State.
3. The person concerned has the right
f) to demand updating, correcting or, if interested, to add to the data;
g) to demand that illegally processed data are deleted, anonymised or blocked. This is also applicable for data for which archiving is not necessary despite their earlier collection and processing. h) to receive confirmation that the procedures mentioned under a) and b), also referring to their contents, were notified to those who received or who processed these data as long as this is not impossible or the expenditure in time and money would be unjustifiably too great in relation to the right protected.
4. The person concerned has the right–in full or in part
a) to object processing of personal data concerning him / her for legitimate reasons even if these data may correspond with the purposes of the collection.
b) to object processing of personal data concerning him / her if data processing serves the purpose of forwarding promotional material or direct selling, for market research and other surveys or for trade information.
